A large 140 cl storage jar for pasta, rice, flour, oats or a kilo of coffee beans. The jar is 20.5 cm tall yet takes up little room on the counter because it stays slim. Thanks to the glass you see right away when it needs topping up.
It is made of glass with a black lid in thermoplastic resin, on which the little Gianni figure stands. That figure is more than a joke: you lift the lid with it. The lid closes well, so the contents stay fresh for longer. Wash the jar by hand and only refill it once it is completely dry.
Alessi makes the Gianni jar in three sizes, from 70 to 140 cl. Put them side by side for a row of storage jars that brings order and a smile at the same time.
