The handle is palmadera wood, with a warm colour and natural grain, so each knife looks slightly different. The blade is stainless steel. The knife is light and balanced, and sits comfortably in the hand.
Pallarès Solsona has been making knives since 1917 in the Catalan town of Solsona, where tradition and craft come first. Wash the knife by hand, so the wood and edge stay beautiful for a long time.
