A small beaker in white opal glaze with a soft grey-blue and light green sheen, and a natural band of clay at the base. For coffee, tea, a glass of water or a few flowers on the windowsill.
Each beaker is thrown, glazed and fired by hand in Antwerp by Ann Berger of AB Ceramics. The opal glaze settles thicker or thinner over the shape, so every beaker differs slightly in colour and sheen.
Combine the beaker with other AB Ceramics pieces or place it next to plain white porcelain, where the handwork stands out even more. It is dishwasher safe, but feels so personal that you will probably prefer to wash it by hand. A lovely gift from an Antwerp maker.
