A round trivet with an open centre, for a hot pot, a casserole or an oven dish that goes straight to the table. Set your cast-iron pan on it without worrying about the tabletop. In between meals it can simply stay on the table, because it's beautiful enough.
The glaze is a deep dark blue that stands out especially well next to wood and white crockery. Towards the edges it turns slightly lighter, where the glaze has run thinner. That small difference makes each trivet unique and shows it was made by hand.
Ann Berger throws the trivets by hand in her studio AB Ceramics in Antwerp, and glazes and fires them there too. Combine it with a blue carafe or bowl of hers, or put a white one beside it for some calm. It is also available in yellow and white.
Tweede leven
Your order may arrive in a reused box
Sinds dag één geven we dozen en verpakkingsmateriaal van onze leveranciers een tweede leven. Minder afval, even zorgvuldig verpakt. Geef de doos daarna gerust nog een tweede leven, of recycleer ze correct.
