A plug block without a cable. It goes straight into a wall socket and turns one outlet into three, plus two USB-C ports up to 30 W to charge a phone, tablet or earbuds.
The colour is called Mulberry: a deep, warm red that adds a clear accent without shouting. Because the block sits right against the wall, there are no extra cables across the floor or behind the cabinet. The compact block hardly sticks out, even next to a cabinet or bed.
Handy in the kitchen, hallway or next to the bed, wherever sockets are scarce. If you need more reach, the Square 1 with cable and magnet comes in the same colour. Avolt is a Swedish brand designing chargers and power strips that look tidy. This edition was made in collaboration with the Bauhaus-Archiv.
