Two dinner plates for the main course or a larger portion. There's room for meat, fish or vegetables with a side, and the rolled rim keeps everything neatly on the plate. They're also lovely as serving plates for a cake or a board of cheese.
The plates are made of terracotta and finished with a high-gloss green glaze. The green is deep and fresh, and recalls old Portuguese pottery. Barro, 'red clay' in Portuguese, is made in Portugal for Hay.
The green looks lovely with wood, linen and a table full of seasonal vegetables. Mix it with terracotta or pink from the same collection for a lively table. The plates come in pairs, are ovenproof and dishwasher safe. They also work as charger plates under the deep Barro plates.
