A small cutting board of 21 by 14.8 cm, the size of an A5 sheet, for a lemon, a piece of cheese, a few cloves of garlic or an apple as a snack. It is light and quick to wash, so you reach for it for small jobs too. On the table it serves as a board for a piece of bread or some charcuterie.
The board is made of acacia wood, a strong and fast-growing timber, and is treated with vegetable oil. It is 1.5 cm thick. Wash it with warm water and mild soap, not in the dishwasher, and give it a coat of oil a few times a year.
The Tarragon collection was developed by Swedish chef Tareq Taylor, who loves cooking with pure ingredients and natural materials. Pair this small board with a larger one from the same series for heavier work.
